Who we are

Rockledge Spaces is operated by JM Imports LLC. These terms cover the text messages and calls you get from Rockledge Spaces.

What we send

• Replies to your inquiries, and the information you ask for.
• Reservation and move-in details.
• Receipts and account notices, such as rent reminders, past-due notices and access and lock information.
• Promotional offers, only to people who opted in to them.

We may also call you about offers, including automated calls and calls in a prerecorded or artificial voice, only if you gave consent by ticking the box on our website that says so.

How you opt in

• Your rental agreement: when you rent, you agree to texts about your account at the mobile number you give us.
• This website: an optional box that is never ticked for you. On the offer, reservation and move-in forms it reads: "Yes, Rockledge Spaces may text and call me with offers at this number, including automated texts and prerecorded or artificial-voice calls. Not required to rent." On the same forms in Spanish (our Spanish pages, under /es/) it reads: "Sí, autorizo a Rockledge Spaces a enviarme mensajes de texto y a llamarme con ofertas a este número, incluidos mensajes de texto automáticos y llamadas pregrabadas o con voz artificial. Aceptar no es una condición para alquilar." On the waiting-list form for a sold-out size it reads: "Add me to the waiting list. I agree Rockledge Spaces may call and text me about openings and offers at this number, including automated calls and texts and an AI or prerecorded voice. Consent isn't required to rent." The contact form has its own optional, unticked box: "Text me offers from Rockledge Spaces. I agree to get automated marketing texts at this number. Consent isn't required to rent."
• During a call: if you ask our phone assistant to text you information, we text you what you asked for.

A sign-up offer that may appear on this website has its own optional box, also never ticked for you.

Consent to receive texts or calls is not a condition of renting or of any purchase.

Frequency, rates and how to stop

Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts; say 'stop' on a call to stop calls. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (321) 398-4277 / [email protected].

After you reply STOP we confirm once and send nothing more unless you reply START.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
